New Work
Recently I’ve been working on two series of drawings. Both series are made with drawing ink applied with a brush over pencil on Mohawk Superfine Cover (eggshell) paper.
I AGREE TO PAY
Inspired by the statement “I agree to pay” found under the signature line on a credit card receipt, these drawings—shown in pairs or in an ambiguous fan shape—play with the tension between written language and the language of drawing.
BRAINY
In this series about memory and morality, layers that often include recognizable images float above and around colorful diagrams of each side of the human brain.
